Stephanie is an accomplished operations manager with a proven track record of enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of small businesses and nonprofit organizations in Denver and beyond. Leveraging her expertise as a consultant, Stephanie oversees the day-to-day and monthly operations of mission-driven entities, elevating their systems and processes to new levels of sophistication. With a keen focus on developing and monitoring administrative systems and bookkeeping practices, Stephanie ensures that organizations operate smoothly, efficiently, and in compliance with regulatory standards.

In collaboration with Hammer & Associates, Stephanie has played a pivotal role in launching nonprofit organizations and private foundations, guiding clients through essential tasks such as IRS filings, drafting organizational documents, and establishing donor databases. Her meticulous attention to detail extends to managing donor and member tracking, financial management, and coordinating events and fundraisers to support organizational goals. Furthermore, Stephanie excels in managing communications systems, executing community outreach initiatives, and leveraging social media platforms to amplify organizational impact.

Drawing on her professional background, Stephanie brings a wealth of experience to her work as an operations manager. She has a Masters in Development Practice and a Bachelor of Science in International Business and has lived and worked in Taiwan, Antarctica, and Mexico. Her extensive international experience underscores her commitment to driving organizational success and making a positive impact on a global scale.

Suzanne Hammer is a seasoned philanthropic advisor with a passion for empowering individuals and families to make a meaningful impact on the causes they care about. With over two decades of experience in the philanthropic sector, Suzanne has honed her expertise in developing tailored strategies that align clients' passions with effective giving practices.

Suzanne’s journey to founding Hammer & Associates was sparked by a transformative year-long experience in the Antarctic wilderness. Venturing to the remote McMurdo Station, Suzanne immersed herself in a challenging environment where she not only managed to survive a long, frigid winter but also found the inspiration to cultivate her passion for philanthropy and community engagement. 

Witnessing the collective efforts of her fellow "Winter Over" residents, who raised $10,000 for charitable groups in Christchurch, New Zealand, Suzanne was profoundly moved by the impact a dedicated group of individuals can achieve. Guided by Margaret Mead's wisdom that "a small group of thoughtful, committed people can change the world," Suzanne established Hammer & Associates with a vision to connect communities and facilitate meaningful change on a global scale. 

Throughout her career, Suzanne has demonstrated a commitment to building strong, enduring relationships with her clients, including philanthropic families, family offices, and wealth professionals. Her dedication to understanding their unique goals and values has earned her a reputation for providing personalized guidance and support.
